Null Merge Field Still occupying Space

I have a Word labels merge format that will be used daily.
One field in the merge list is most often null.
I need for NO blank line to be left when it is null.
 How can I do this?

This is my labels format.
label_name_2 is usually null, but not always.

«ID_NUMBER1»      «Textbox4»
«Textbox23»
«LABEL_NAME_LINE1»
«LABEL_NAME_LINE2»
«LABEL_LINE1»
«LABEL_LINE2»

Thank you.
